1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and AyuSlot ("AyuSlot", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ayuslot.lat (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to, and use of, all services, features, content, and functionality offered by AyuSlot, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional programmes.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by AyuSlot that are subject to applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live table, sports betting market, instant game, or crash game made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must at all times:

• Be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. AyuSlot enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in compliance with standard international licensing requirements for online casino and sportsbook operators.
• Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable national or local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction. AyuSlot maintains a list of jurisdictions from which access is blocked and updates this list periodically.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national or regional responsible gambling register.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of AyuSlot, or an immediate family member of such a person.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. AyuSlot will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

You must ensure that the information provided at registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number — is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

AyuSlot uses two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their accounts. AyuSlot may, in its discretion, require 2FA activation before processing certain high-value transactions.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

AyuSlot accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following supported payment channels:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate investigation, potential account suspension, and return of funds to the source payment method.

AyuSlot does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which AyuSlot bears no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule), subject to KYC verification being completed and approved. AyuSlot reserves the right to require additional documentation where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit source.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account Balance falls below the minimum threshold or where outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds have not been met.

AyuSlot targets the following indicative withdrawal processing timeframes, subject to verification status and payment provider performance:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes (indicative)
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes (indicative)
• Direct Bank Wire: 15 to 60 minutes (indicative)

AyuSlot reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are detected. Such reviews may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any holds placed on their withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

AyuSlot offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier benefits, and event-specific promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be used for wagering first. Winnings derived from bonus funds are credited to real-money balance only upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• AyuSlot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of bonuses already accepted.
• Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of low-edge games to satisfy wagering, systematic low-risk betting strategies, or collusion — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may face account suspension.

Specific wagering requirements, minimum deposits, and eligible games for each promotional offer are displayed on the relevant promotion page. Players are advised to review offer-specific terms before accepting any bonus.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the Game or market in question. General principles applicable to all Games include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be modified or cancelled after acceptance except where expressly permitted by in-play cashout features or early settlement offers made available by AyuSlot.
• AyuSlot reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system or pricing error, manifest error in odds or game configuration, or technical fault. Where bets are voided, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server log will be treated as the definitive record. AyuSlot's decision regarding disputed outcomes is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per Game and per market. These limits may vary by player tier and are displayed within the Game interface.
• AyuSlot does not knowingly accept bets from Players acting on insider information or in collusion with other participants to fix outcomes.

For live sports betting markets, AyuSlot reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time based on event developments, data integrity concerns, or at the request of governing sports bodies.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, or registering under false or borrowed identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human gameplay.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider betting in connection with live events available on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games.
• Making deposits using stolen payment credentials, stolen identity documents, or fraudulently obtained funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward AyuSlot support staff or other platform users.

10 Responsible Gambling

AyuSlot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Changes that increase existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforce session duration caps to manage play time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from the Platform. AyuSlot will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period.

11 Privacy & Data Processing

AyuSlot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

AyuSlot processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and visual content — is the intellectual property of AyuSlot or its licensed game studio and technology partners. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of AyuSlot.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AyuSlot's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AyuSlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AyuSlot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

AyuSlot shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by telecommunications failures, power outages, cyber-attacks, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment providers including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, or Touch 'n Go.

14 Termination & Account Closure

AyuSlot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate any balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• AyuSlot is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed in connection with the Account; or
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk of financial harm to the Player under responsible gambling obligations.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

15 Amendments to These Terms

AyuSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, AyuSlot will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered Players. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AyuSlot is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable regulatory jurisdiction.

AyuSlot is committed to fair and transparent resolution of player complaints. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to [email protected]. AyuSlot will acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
